Refund Policy

At Aether Prime, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us first so we can help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, with all original parts, accessories, and packaging if possible.

Please include your order number, your name, and a short explanation of the issue.

Do not send items back before contacting us. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include photos or videos of the issue so we can review it faster.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items returned without approval
- Items missing major parts or accessories
- Gift cards or digital products, if applicable
- Personal-use items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, if applicable

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our store.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We can only cancel an order if it has not already been processed or shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will help check the status.

If tracking shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building office first. We will also help review the case.
