Delays
Please note that delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped, but we will always do our best to help.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Aether is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
